Working Together
I offer online somatic and trauma-informed spiritual healing, for people navigating anxiety, emotional overwhelm, relationship patterns, and the effects of earlier or inherited experience. Based in Toronto, I work with people across Canada and internationally through body-based, present-moment sessions.
Beginning
There isn't a single way to do this work.
Some people come with something immediate: a relationship difficulty, a loss, or a transition that has unsettled more than expected. Others come with something that has been present much longer, often shaped by early experience, developmental or complex trauma, or patterns carried through the family.
Others want steady support as deeper patterns unfold over time. Some arrive with something they can't yet name, only a sense that something wants attention.
I am a Certified Somatic Experiencing Practitioner (SEP), offering sessions online across Canada and internationally.
We decide the shape of the work together. Some people come occasionally, others weekly or more regularly for a period. Some work intensively through a particular season of life. The form often becomes clear through the first conversation rather than before it and continues to change as the work unfolds.
Grounded in Somatic Experiencing
My work is grounded in Somatic Experiencing, a body-based approach to trauma healing that supports the nervous system in completing responses that may have remained unfinished.
In sessions, this does not mean following a fixed protocol. Somatic Experiencing is held within a wider somatic and spiritual frame, supporting people who feel caught in patterns they may understand but cannot simply think their way out of.
Sessions
Sessions are 60 or 90 minutes and held online.
A session may move through conversation, moments of quiet, attention to what is happening in the body, or something that is only just beginning to take shape. We follow what is actually present rather than moving toward a predetermined place.
Mentoring and Professional Support
For some, the work includes mentoring.
This may involve how you relate to clients, creative work, leadership, or decision-making: not as a technique, but as presence and perception.
We work with intuition as something lived rather than learned: recognizing what you already sense and trusting it enough to stay with it and respond.
The aim isn't to add a skill set. It's to develop a steadier inner orientation: one from which skills, presence, and perception naturally deepen.
I also work with therapists, practitioners, creatives, academics, leaders, and neurodivergent individuals who want support in how they meet their work and themselves.
How We Begin
Sessions are held online. We start with a free 20-minute conversation. It's a chance to get a sense of each other and whether continuing feels right. There's no commitment beyond that.
You don't need to know exactly what you're looking for before reaching out. You don't need to prepare or explain yourself clearly. We begin wherever you are.
We can begin from here.
