Working Together
Beginning
There isn’t a single way to do this work.
Some people come with something immediate in their lives that needs attention.
Others want steady support as deeper patterns unfold over time.
We decide the shape of the work together, based on what you need rather than a fixed program.
How the work can take shape
People work with me in different ways:
occasional sessions when something arises
ongoing weekly or bi-weekly meetings
short focused periods of work
more frequent sessions during times of transition or crisis
intensive periods of deeper exploration
The format isn’t decided in advance.
It becomes clear through the initial conversation.
Mentoring and professional support
For some, the work includes mentoring.
This may involve how you relate to clients, creative work, leadership, or decision-making — not as a technique, but as presence and perception.
We work with intuition as something lived rather than learned: recognizing what you already sense and trusting it enough to act.
The aim isn’t to add a skillset but to develop a steadier inner orientation — one that supports clarity, creativity, and grounded confidence in how you move through your life and work.
I also work with therapists, practitioners, creatives, academics, leaders, and neurodivergent individuals who want support in how they meet their work and themselves.
Practical details
Sessions are held online.
There’s no commitment beyond the first conversation.
We decide together whether continuing makes sense.
We begin with a conversation to sense whether the work feels right and what form it might take.
