Before we begin
You don’t need to know exactly what this work is before reaching out.
These responses may help you sense whether it feels right for you.
How do I begin?
We start with a free 20-minute conversation to sense whether the work feels right for you and what form it might take.
You can contact me through the website or email to arrange a time.
What if I’m unsure or nervous?
That’s very common.
The first conversation is simply a chance to get a sense of each other — you don’t need to prepare or explain yourself clearly beforehand.
The work itself
What is this work like?
People often come with repeating relationship patterns, the effects of earlier experiences, grief, anxiety, disconnection, or a sense that something hasn’t shifted despite understanding it.
Sometimes the starting point is simply a feeling that something wants attention, even if it’s hard to explain.
When relevant, wider influences — such as family history or a spiritual dimension — can also be included.
Process
How often do we meet?
Some people come occasionally, others weekly, bi-weekly or regularly for a period of time.
We decide together based on what supports you best.
How many sessions will I need?
There isn’t a fixed number.
Some come for a specific situation, others continue longer as deeper patterns unfold.
You’re never committed beyond what feels right.
How might I feel after a session?
Sometimes clearer or relieved, sometimes quieter or tired as things settle.
The process often continues unfolding over the following days.
Practical
Where do sessions take place?
All sessions are online.
I’m based in Toronto and work with people across different places and time zones internationally.
Is what I share confidential?
Yes. Everything you share is kept private and treated with care.
Is this therapy or medical treatment?
This work isn’t psychotherapy or medical treatment. It’s a reflective and experiential process that supports awareness and integration.
If you are in crisis or need clinical care, appropriate professional support is recommended.
What time zones do you work in?
Sessions are scheduled across different time zones.
We find a time that works for both of us.
