Before we begin

Most people who reach out are not at the beginning of their inner work. They have already tried to understand what is happening — and something is still repeating. Some arrive with a specific difficulty. Others come with something harder to name, only a felt sense that something wants attention.

These questions may help you sense whether this work feels right and what to expect when you reach out.

Getting Started

How do I begin?

We start with a free 20-minute conversation — a chance to get a sense of each other and whether continuing feels right. You can reach out through the website or by email to arrange a time.

How might I feel after a session?

Sometimes clearer or relieved. Sometimes quieter, or tired as things settle. Often the process continues unfolding over the following days. There is no single way a session lands — it depends on what was present and what began to move.

What if I’m unsure or nervous?

That's very common. The first conversation is simply a chance to get a sense of each other — you don't need to prepare or explain yourself clearly.

The Work

What does this work touch?

People often come with repeating relationship patterns, the effects of earlier experiences, grief, anxiety, or a sense of disconnection from themselves. Sometimes the starting point is simply something that wants attention, even if it's hard to explain. When relevant, wider influences — such as family history or a more subtle spiritual dimension — can also be included.

How often do we meet?

There isn't a fixed number. Some come for a specific situation, others continue longer as deeper patterns unfold. You're never committed beyond what feels right.

How many sessions will I need?

Practical

Where do sessions take place?

All sessions are online. I'm based in Toronto and work with people across different locations and time zones.

Is what I share confidential?

Yes. Everything you share is kept private and treated with care.

Is this therapy or medical treatment?

This work isn't psychotherapy or medical treatment. It is a relational and experiential process that supports awareness, integration, and the capacity to be present with yourself. If you are in crisis or need clinical care, appropriate professional support is recommended.
