Radiate the Frequency of Kindness

This extraordinary time we live in where things are shifting with an awakening awareness that intentional kindness has the potential to change: individuals, health, the climate, the planet. 

For real change to come, we need to view the world and our external circumstances in a new way. We each have the vibrational seeds of kindness within us. 

True change only comes as we raise our consciousness to a frequency beyond fear.   Each of us has the power to raise our energy to radiate the gentle, higher frequency of kindness out to the world.  Kindness always makes things better.


Noticing

Every day we make choices – big ones and little ones.  What if instead of being on automatic pilot, we were more intentional about what we say and do?  What we focus on grows. 

How would this impact our connections and relationships?  The more we pay attention to kindness, the deeper our capacity grows.

We constantly evolve under the light that flows from kindness.

Kindness first arises from being kind to yourself. Do you practice self-care?  Do you speak gently to yourself? Did you grow up in a family that did not see kindness as a strength but as a weakness.  Empathy may not have been modelled to you. Notice how it feels when someone connects with you in an authentic, kind way.  It may touch deep into something wise within us. 

 

Fostering Kindness

Cultivating kindness as a practice reminds us of what is quintessential in our life: family, friends, community, and our work.  Being connected, listening and seeing with our heart, guides us to connect with others with compassion and empathy.  It is our constant renewable resource.

Kindness comes from the heart.  It heals and acts as a bridge to connect us with others. Extending kindness offers us the opportunity to relate to other people.  It transforms us. Stretch your awareness.  Open your eyes.  Listen with your heart.

Raising the Energy

Everything is energy and has a vibration that influences our personal energy field.  The difference is that everything vibrates at its specific frequencies. 

Our energy fields reflect and affect our experience: how we perceive ourselves and the world. You broadcast a frequency that other people can sense.  This frequency can transmit lower or higher; lower vibrations hold us down in life and can stunt our growth.  Higher ones have the opposite effect.


  • Tune into your body. Sense how you’re feeling. Let your body know you want to open to the frequency of kindness.  Let it penetrate into your bones, nervous system, organs, muscles, tissues, cells and brain.  Imagine radiating your kindness frequency out into the world. The strong frequency of kindness has the power to soften the toughest of hearts.


  • When you are genuinely kind to others, your vibration increases creating an opportunity to move this higher frequency of kindness out into the world. 


  • You can raise the energy and the vibration in your field by noticing the beauty around you.  Begin now.   Place your attention on your breath and notice how your body is pulsing with renewing energy.  The movement of the natural rising and falling of your breath.  Take in the beauty of nature all around you. 


    > Look at the sky, how beautiful and endless it is.  The more you place awareness on the beauty in the world, the more you discover the interconnectedness of life.  Have gratitude for the people you love.  Notice the emerging beauty that you can breathe in.  The power of kindness and love and of being loved and cared for. 


    > As you notice the beauty in your outer world you can feel the beauty within. We are created to feel and experience beauty and kindness. We possess the power and knowhow to raise our vibration and to radiate it out into the world.


Kindness contains a self-replicating principle that creates ripple effects that spread from person to person. Imagine what we could create in the world if more of us collectively choose kindness.  True kindness always transforms. 

There is a web of kindness that we live in where everything affects everything.  Within each of us there is a light.  And you are that light.  Be kind whenever you can. 

 Practice Intentional Kindness

  • Be kind.  Tend to yourself with gentleness, warmth and encouragement.  Practice self-care. Forgive yourself.  Ask for help.  Treat yourself to some pleasure. Nourish your spirit.  Smile.

  • Reach out to someone you have not spoken with for a long time.  Reconnect.  Find out how they are.  See what happens.

  • Thank someone you appreciate. Whether it is for something big or small it can make a difference letting someone know you value them.

  • Include someone being left out.  Approach them.  Introduce yourself.  Bring them into the conversation, offer them a seat… we all want to be included.

  • Celebrate someone’s success.  If you grew up in an environment that didn’t acknowledge and encourage you – it can feel uncomfortable or unsettling to give someone the recognition you never received.
