Gratitude Grounds and Balances

Gratitude is a way of being.  To know gratitude is a gift of grace.  Appreciate it as it walks with you.  Did you know that gratitude and appreciation are considered to be two of the highest and most harmonizing frequencies?

It creates order out of disorder, transmutes denial into acceptance, turning confusion into clarity.

As you change how you look at things… the things that you look at change.

Biology

Being grateful activates different parts of our brain increasing serotonin and dopamine levels – enhancing happiness and contentment.  By fostering and growing the neural pathways that manage our emotions, we boost our overall wellbeing and resilience.

Decoding

Gratitude is not contrived, fake positivity, nor is it about rejecting difficult emotions and situations.  Being grateful in difficult times is challenging.  Shifting towards thankfulness opens us up to new opportunities.  However you acknowledge it, kindness and support always bring light, raising your vibration even on dark days.

Mindfulness

Gratitude gives us solid ground and anchors us in the present moment.  Cultivating gratitude takes practice.  As you feel grateful, take a breath and observe what happens.

You may notice that the practice of gratitude brings you into a higher level of presence.  And the more present you are the more gratitude it brings.

The Opportunity

The power of gratitude is in the energy that lands as we’re aligned with it.  There is a sense of calm and a deep state of peace within you.  Notice the next time you sense gratitude within.  There is an openness in your heart.  This energy or frequency has the power to transform.  You may feel it within yourself, or within the physical space around you.

This powerful energy can heal, transmute, create innovation and inspiration while opening your heart.  It grounds, restores and balances your system.
