The Art and Science of Creating

Creating is a major key to life. Simple lessons for simple
people. Does that offend you? Aren't you a simple person whose
purpose here is to create? Don't you always create with every breath and
every step you take? You have the power to create just as you have the
power to discreate. But for the purpose of this dialogue, we will focus
solely on creating.
Let's
start at the beginning: we are always in a state of creating. When
we let ourselves be, when we just are, we are accessing the frequency of
creating and are resonating with the highest vibrations our souls can maintain
in that moment. This is a fluid place where there is no ceiling, no limit
on how high we can go, simply the imaginary restraints that we place on
ourselves.
We
are all creators blessed with this innate ability. Some of us have not yet
recognized our capacity nor stepped into our rightful legacy. Whether we
are emitting positive or negative frequencies, we attract to ourselves others
who are resonating at similar levels. In choosing not to create, to
withdraw or relinquish our power, we still are, in fact, creating.
We create our worlds.
How
do you create when you don't know what you want to create? We think we
understand the principles, but somehow the process still doesn't work.
"I want a car, house, love, I want to be better than I am", and for
many of us that's where the process stops. We want these things but we
don't know how to get them. Everything is made of energy and in order for
anything to work we require the flow of energy. We unwittingly stop the
energy flowing if we focus solely on controlling the end result. We need
to focus and then release the energy to the universe so it can create what we
want or something even better.
TECHNOLOGY
Science
liberates us. Technology, an application of scientific knowledge, is a
tool we use to redirect information. Technology came into formation as a
way of helping and easing our methods of communication, alleviating our
workloads and enlightening us.
Man
loves technology. He has been biding his time since the invention of the
wheel. Unfortunately, he has never learned the formula because he thinks
technology is the solution; it is simply part of the answer. A great
example of this is if we look to the Egyptians. The pyramids, originally
created to be a source of power, eventually began to dominate Egyptian society
and the people started to forget why the pyramids had come into existence.
We
too have lost our way. We no longer remember that technology was merely a
thread to be braided in. We were to marry ourselves to technology and form
a partnership. It is not a partnership: technology somehow has
become the Master.
Is
technology vital to the process of creating? Yes, it is the underlying
piece that connects the whole picture. It plugs you in. It was to
help mankind walk forward and move ahead. Think of fibre optics which is
used to transmit information. What many of us do not realize is that we
have this same ability within ourselves.
CONNECTION
Connection is the doorway. It is the way we relate (i.e., to people,
concepts, ideas). When we connect anything we are in fact creating a
link... aligning our frequency to the frequency of whatever we are linking
to. When you think about life, isn't it all about connecting with
ourselves... with others. Some people think that connection is the icing
on the cake, but actually it is the cake itself! Connection is the
nucleus.
Do
you feel connected? Are you connected to Friends? Family?
Yourself? On a global level? Each of these connections forms a
bridge allowing you to create. When was the last time you took a deep
breath in and allowed yourself just to be?
Technology
is a strategy piece. Connection is our freedom piece and it provides our
access. In order to be connected we need to be grounded, centred, attuned
and aligned with our purpose, and the purpose here is our connection.
CREATING
What does creating mean? The dictionary defines it as the act of bringing
into existence. In order to create you need a spark to ignite the
process. Your connection is that spark. Once you're connected then
focus and direct your energy.
If
you create out of a limited space are you creating limitations for
yourself? it is important to be aware of where you are aligning your
energy. If you are creating out of fear, anger, hate... do you not create
more of the same? You can and do create in any state, but are you creating
what you truly want? If not, check, and simply readjust.
People
who create effortlessly don't just access a frequency... they knowingly or
unknowingly become one with the frequency they're tapping into. For
example, when an artist, musical or otherwise, enters the zone becoming one with
the frequency of creating. They now are part of the frequency and an
active transmitter.
LESSONS
There is an art and science to creating that is very simple. We will break
this down into three steps. Each step builds upon the energy of the
previous one. If you follow each step it will allow you to become a
conscious creator in your life and beyond.
Lesson
1: The Breath
The power of creation always lies within the breath. This is a truth,
which the sages always knew; it is as old as time itself. Breath.
Breathe... if you're not breathing can you create? If you're breathing in
a limited way, are you creating in a 'limited' way?
There is power in the breath.
Your breath connects you to yourself. It is a doorway that allows you
access to all that lies within. You can be anywhere, in any place and if
you gently take a breath in through your nose and out through your mouth, you
become more. You become more present, your aura expands, your charisma
grows, people are drawn to you, you are able to magnetize. This isn't
magic, this is science at work.
So now that you've taken a couple of
deep breaths, let's move on to lesson 2.
Lesson
2: The Connection
This lesson is all about connecting. It's simple. Breath gives
you the gateway. Connection is about going through the gateway.
Can
we ever create without being connected? The answer is NO. Connection
is the spark. It connects you to your world, your planet, the whole
system. In order to create you must be connected.
You
begin by focusing on your breath. Nothing else exists except the
breath. Quiet your mind. And allow yourself to follow your breath
until you reach a calm and centred state where you are connected.
Trust
the process.
Lesson
3: The Creating
How do you create? Connection is always the access to creating.
Always
create from a centred place. You create who you are. There is always
a choice even not choosing to create is still a choice. Create from within
not from without. It is an internal mechanism within each of us. Man
has been creating and defining new universes since the beginning.
You
don't have to ascertain where you are going but you must be willing, open and
receptive to what develops. How do you unlock the door? This comes
from within. It is never opened from the outside as the key is on the
inside. Part of creating is knowing how and where to focus.
Since
everything is energy, when we align ourselves with the energy of the Universe,
we find everything moves into place. It is no longer a struggle because we
are no longer struggling against ourselves. We just allow ourselves the
room to be without judgment, condemnation, suffering. Just BE.
There
is a rhythm to life and there is a rhythm to the soul. Creating is part of
this rhythm. This is where our souls take flight and soar.
