What is past life regression?

Past Life Regression takes the client through a personal growth process allowing them to bring to consciousness any unresolved issues, past or present, which are impacting their lives in a negative way.

Regression is defined as a return to an earlier state.  This therapy seeks to heal present conflicts which stem from events in prior lifetimes.

Can you recall past lives without hypnosis?

While some individuals can access this information naturally, a large percentage of the population require a tool, such as hypnosis, to open this doorway to the subconscious where our memories are stored.

What if I don't believe in reincarnation or past lives?

Belief in past life isn't necessary in order to reap the benefits from regression therapy.  This material can be viewed from a symbolic level and used as a tool to repair present day problems and conflicts.  All that is required is to be open to the process and have a willingness for change to happen in your life.

How do I know that I'm not just making this up?

You don't...  The point of this therapy is to heal unresolved issues which are negatively impacting your present day life and help you to move forward.

What will I experience during a past life regression?

There are many possibilities... some may see and experience a scene as if watching a movie or television.  More commonly others experience a vague sense or impression of being in another place or situation.

The therapist asks carefully crafted questions designed to help you connect more fully to your experience.  This assistance provides a fuller, deeper picture which allows you to release the emotions tied to the past experience.

Remember, the negative implications brought forward from past lives are caused not by the experience itself but by the negative emotions attached to it.

return to questions

How long does a past life session take?

I have found tailoring my sessions to last approximately 90 minutes works optimally for my clients.

return to questions

How can past life regression benefit me?

Past Life Regression provides you with a deeper understanding of yourself.  It provides insight into why you sometimes overreact to a person or situation for no apparent reason. This can involve relationship problems, behavioural (i.e., anger, phobias, addictions, compulsions).  It can also manifest as physical or psychological illness.

You can use the experience to access and reclaim untapped talents and gifts (i.e., writing, sculpting, drawing, designing, psychic ability, to name a few)

Past Life Regression has been successfully used on conditions such as:

  • depression,  anxiety and abandonment

  • claustrophobia

  • agoraphobia

  • fears:  i.e., water, abandonment, fire, insects, other people, fear of flying and fear of success

  • Creative blocks:  i.e., writers block, actors, artists

  • procrastination

  • compulsive behaviours and addictions

  • insomnia

  • stage fright
